Terms of Use

Effective date: 25 September 2026 · Version 1.0

These terms are an agreement between you and MJDOT ("we", "us") for the use of the albari app and website ("the service"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

1. The service

albari lets shop owners create a shop, invite team members, plan shifts, handle shift requests and review worked hours. Team members can view their schedule, request changes and claim open shifts. Some features are part of a paid plan called albari Pro.

2. Who can use albari

3. Shops, roles and your team

If you create a shop you are its owner. Owners, and managers they appoint, can enter and see personal details of team members. As an owner or manager you agree that you:

Team members may leave a shop at any time. Owners may remove team members at any time.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service. This includes attempting to access data of shops you are not a member of, interfering with the service or its security, reverse engineering the app, uploading unlawful or harmful content, or using the service to break the law.

5. albari Pro subscriptions

6. Your content and data

You keep ownership of the information you enter. You give us permission to store and process it to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy. Owners can export work records from the app. You are responsible for keeping your own copies of anything you need after deleting an account or shop.

7. Our intellectual property

The albari app, name, design and code belong to us or our licensors. We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app on devices you own or control, subject to these terms and the rules of the app store you downloaded it from.

8. Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may change, suspend or discontinue features, and we may update the app. If we discontinue the service we will give reasonable notice so you can export your data.

9. Termination

You can delete your account at any time in the app (More → Account → Delete account). We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or pose a security risk. Sections 6, 7, 10 and 11 survive termination.

10. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability arising from our intent or gross negligence.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes will be brought before the competent courts of the Republic of Korea, unless mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence gives you additional protection or a different forum.

12. App store terms

If you downloaded the app from Apple's App Store, Apple is not a party to these terms and is not responsible for the app or its support. If you downloaded it from Google Play, Google's terms of service also apply to the download.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The effective date at the top shows the current version. For significant changes we will notify you in the app before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the updated terms.
