Delete your albari account
In the app
- Open albari and go to More.
- Tap Account.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.
By email
If you can no longer sign in, email mj.won.dev@gmail.com from the address linked to your account with the subject "Delete my albari account". We will verify the request and delete the account within 30 days.
What gets deleted
| If you are… | What happens |

| A shop owner with no other members | Your account, the shop, and all of its schedules, requests, records and subscription details are permanently deleted. |
| A shop owner with team members | Deletion is blocked until you remove your team members, so that nobody loses access to their records unexpectedly. Remove them under Team, then delete your account. |
| A team member or manager | Your account, sign-in, notification tokens and personal details (phone number, address, date of birth, memo) are deleted. Your profile is unlinked and marked as resigned in the shop. Your past shift assignments remain in the shop's records so the shop's work history stays accurate; the shop owner can delete them. |
Subscriptions
Deleting your account does not cancel an albari Pro subscription. Cancel it first in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings.
Retention after deletion
Deleted data is removed from our live systems immediately and from backups within a limited period. Records a shop needs to keep for legal reasons stay with the shop, without your account or personal details. See the Privacy Policy for details.
